Customer Success Specialist

EasyDoc is a fast-growing SaaS B2B company that provides a Fill&Sign automation platform for businesses to simplify their document signing process and Full HR Management system. We seek a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they succeed with EasyDoc's platform
• Provide prompt and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Onboard new customers and guide them through successful implementation and adoption of the platform
• Encourage customer engagement with the product to reduce churn and increase retention
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve usage patterns
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to enhance the customer experience
• Advocate for customer needs and provide insights to help improve the product
• Maintain accurate customer records and data in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, support, or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve customer issues
• Experience with SaaS B2B platforms is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
• Passion for customer satisfaction and success
