Legal Counsel

We are looking for a lawyer to join our legal team at Elbit Systems Ltd., Land Division located in Ramat Hasharon

Elbit Systems Ltd., Land Division is an international high technology company, a global leader engaged in a wide range of program throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas

The Legal Counsel joining our team will be responsible for the following:

Providing legal advice to Company's transactions both in Israel and abroad;

Structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements in a variety of legal fields (sales agreements, procurement process and agreements, consulting and teaming agreements, etc.);

Providing legal advice and guidance to various stakeholders of the Company an variety of legal issues, including regulatory, compliance, export control, intellectual property and employment;

Managing and coordinating with external legal counsels on litigation matters and other legal proceedings;

Skills:

Law degree from a leading academic institution;

4-8 years of commercial experience as an in-house legal counsel in a technology company or commercial department of leading law firm;

Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements;

Business-commercial orientation;

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;

Capable to work under pressure, multitasker and thorough;

Ability to work independently with strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively competing task in a fast paced environment and handle multiple deadlines;

Fluent in English (native is an advantage) with excellent communication skills;

'Can-do' approach with a collaborative nature;
