Program Manager

NewPhotonics is disrupting data center processing with novel photonic engines solving the power and performance challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the integration of advanced project management practices into our operations, ensuring the successful execution of various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 Years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager in fast pace environment with a matrix and dedicated development.
• Responsible for ensuring that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates
• Proven experience in project and subcontractors’ management.
• Define project scope, goals, and continuously monitor and report on project status.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication among team members.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce project management standards and methodologies.
  
  

• 5 years of leadership experience and ability to work independently or as part of a team while driving co-workers towards goals.
• Proficiency in using Monday.com for project tracking and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with HW, FW, SW, Mechanics, and Optics team.
• Fluency in English
