Position Overview:
Efficient Frontier is a long-time leader in algorithmic trading for digital assets (cryptocurrency), at the forefront of research, innovation, and market expansion. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing and dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our sales team and other departments, helping convert sales inputs into timed, actionable tasks that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry. A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect Sales Team Inputs: Act as the central point for gathering information, feedback, and needs from the sales team, including leads, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Task Management: Convert sales inputs into structured, timed tasks for different departments such as marketing, customer success, and product development.
- Prioritization & Scheduling: Work closely with team leaders to prioritize tasks and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Liaison Between Teams: Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and tasks are tracked.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the process of translating sales inputs into action steps, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor task completion and provide regular updates on the progress of sales-driven projects to key stakeholders.
- CRM & Task Management Tools: Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with relevant inputs, and tasks are assigned and tracked in task management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales-driven initiatives are executed on time and align with strategic goals.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and deliver feedback from other departments back to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and alignment of priorities.
Qualifications:
- High level of English proficiency: both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales development, task management, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
