YouAppi is a rapidly growing and advanced app retargeting company that is changing the way mobile marketers find and retain mobile app customers.
The role will be vital to the expansion of our business. You will work closely with an international team and have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
This position entails driving new business revenue through strategic relationship building with advertisers and agencies in the mobile app landscape.
In This Role, You Will
- Build and execute go-to-market strategy including but not limited to a short and long-term account and agency plan, a staffing plan that supports scaling of business, and the ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility.
- Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers.
- Nurture strong and long-term relationships with all key clients, ensuring honest communication, fair expectation setting, and outstanding delivery.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of YouAppi’s products and ad inventory.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and launching deals. Including conducting all the research necessary to identify target accounts and how to win budgets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure in mobile marketing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Israeli app developer and agency ecosystem
- Detailed understanding of the Adtech / mobile advertising ecosystem (especially programmatic retargeting).
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field.
