As a Supply Chain and Operations Manager, you will lead the supply chain hands-on, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals. You will be responsible for the operational aspects of the company, IT and much more.

The role includes responsibility for:

• Oversee and manage all supplier relationships, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of manufacturing activities.
• Lead end-to-end inventory management, procurement processes, and develop accurate production forecasts to meet business needs.
• Foster continuous communication and collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong partnerships.
• Manage and optimize global logistics, shipping, and distribution operations, ensuring seamless product flow and on-time delivery across international markets.
• Reporting directly to the COO

If you:

• Have 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a development and manufacturing company (hardware and software)
• Experience working in a manufacturing company.
• Experience working with ERP- Priority
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Academic degree in engineering or a relevant field
• Experienced in international shipping logistics.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry – an advantage
