About the Opportunity:

ROOMS, a leading company in the shared workspace industry, is seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Manager to join our Human Resources department as a maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, directly impacting the formation of our top teams.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop role specifications
• Preparing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position
• Planning and initiating recruitment processes (including resume screening, filtering calls, assessments, and personal interviews)
• Utilizing diverse channels to attract the best talents
• Maintaining an active candidate pool to meet future recruitment goals
• Prioritizing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Thinking outside the box and creatively seeking new recruitment channels and sources

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a recruitment role
• A bachelor’s degree
• Experience in managing multiple demands and setting priorities
• Experience in collaborating with team members and company managers
• Ability to conduct various types of interviews
• Practical experience with different interview processes
• Familiarity with HR information and management systems
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude
