International Sales Manager – Asia Region

We are expanding our presence in the Asian market, focusing on China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Asia.

This role requires an individual with strong technical knowledge, an interest in international business, and the ability to foster relationships in the region.

You will work closely with key clients and partners, driving revenue and market growth in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts and market expansion within China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Present technical thermal management solutions to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Travel frequently within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Required Qualifications:

• Chinese (Mandarin). Fluency in English is essential.
• Prior experience in technical sales or the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Asia (up to 2-3 weeks per quarter).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in Haifa, with regular international travel.
