Full Stack Engineer

We are a start-up company based in Israel, providing a SAAS platform for HR teams helping them manage the full lifecycle of their employees. 

We currently work with hundreds of customers, growing fast and looking for great engineers to join the team.

Job Description

• Be part of a team building an HR Tech platform used by hundreds of thousands of users.
• Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them.
• Making ongoing architecture and design decisions focusing on multiple product domains & technologies.
• Improve your skills and work with top-notch engineers.
• Take full ownership of various features and product areas.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or graduate of leading technological units.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in a leading object-oriented technology such as Java, Python, NodeJS, and related technologies. Experience with Ruby on Rails - a major advantage.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and development (AWS Lambda / GCP Functions, etc) - advantage.
• Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI / CD, TDD, BDD).
• Highly organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline.
• Self-managed and flexible to changes.
• True team player.
