Job Title: Controller

Location: Holon (Hybrid)

Reports To: Director of Finance

A dynamic high-tech company is seeking a hands-on Controller to join the finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial operations, with a global scope and direct impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in financial reporting and day-to-day operations.
• Assist the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the finance team, leveraging automation and best practices where possible.
• Oversee accounting for multiple entities across different geographies, ensuring accuracy in foreign currency translations, intercompany transactions, and global reporting requirements.
• Manage the company’s financial data and processes using Priority ERP software, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting across all entities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a preference for experience in the high-tech sector.
• 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller, preferably in the high-tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Priority ERP system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
