BI Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented BI Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large, complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with various internal teams to drive performance improvements and contribute to key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations that shape product features, inform dashboards, and guide future product roadmaps.
• Develop, maintain, and automate data models, reports, and dashboards to assess product performance, track key metrics, monitor new feature impacts, and provide visibility into business metrics and client behavior across the company
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, serving as the subject matter expert in analytics to enhance product adoption, growth, and success through data-driven insights.
• Create interactive data applications and visualizations using BI tools to communicate findings clearly, supporting various departments and data-driven decision-making
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying large, complex data sets.
• Experience with Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Periscope, Sisense, or PowerBI (preferred).
• Methodical approach to data analysis with the ability to present findings clearly to support data-driven business decisions.
• Knowledge in Python and Databricks is an advantage.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• A true passion for understanding business processes, client behavior, and managing ambiguity effectively.
