User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager with experience app campaigns: manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, helping clients achieve their business goals by driving performance and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, and DSPs.

- Develop and execute creative strategies tailored to app user acquisition.

- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their app-related needs and crafting customized marketing solutions.

- Collaborate with our creative studio to produce bold and innovative campaigns.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in campaign management or PPC, with a focus on UA for apps- (a must).

- Experience with performance UA on platforms such as: Google Ads, Apple Search, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and DSPs (a must).

-Experience in generating creatives and briefs (a must).

- Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-driven mindset.

- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

- High proficiency in Excel.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of additional languages.

- Basic understanding of tech languages (HTML, CSS JS ETC).
