Data Management Analyst

Position Summary:

Lead all of data analysis initiatives, while elevating our core product strategy, accuracy and innovation. You’ll be leading a team of experienced data analysts, and work closely with multiple stakeholders, including engineering leaders, CTO, DevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliveries
• Collaborate with development and product teams to strategize, innovate, and drive continuous improvements to our products
• Oversee the analysis of customer data, driving data-driven decisions to expand our understanding of unmanaged and unknown attack surfaces
• Spearhead the exploration of new data sources and evaluation techniques to bolster our processes, including ML and AI
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper interpretation of results across all team projects
• Be part of the R&D leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of R&D

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• BSc/BA required (MSc/MA preferred) in a relevant field
• Proven track record of leading analytical teams and projects
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Expert proficiency in multiple analysis tools
• Strong technical proficiency with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)
• Experience in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the cyber-security industry - an advantage
• Background in network or web technologies - an advantage
