Senior Data Analyst

A software publishing company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Corporate Development team!

- Provide data-driven insights to enhance e-commerce funnel performance.

- Work through complex, large-scale datasets, significantly impacting business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, UX) to convert business goals into actionable, data-driven strategies.

- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and predictive models that promote business growth.

- Create and deliver clear, visually compelling data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate findings.

- Assess the effects of implemented changes, offering feedback on results and effectiveness.

- Assist in product development decisions and optimization efforts.

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.

- At least 3 years of experience in a scalable B2C or e-commerce environment.

- Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA) for extracting actionable insights.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for handling large, complex datasets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English.
