Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities:

● Leading a scrum team comprised of engineers: backend, frontend, manual and Automated QA.

● Be a major contributor to our architecture, design, implementation and maintenance.

● Work closely with the Algorithms, Data and Support teams.

● Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates’ coding skills to allow.

● Constantly explore and dive into new technologies

Qualifications:

● B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

● 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)

● 3+ years in team leading positions

● Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software

● Excellent people skills and a great team-player

● Proven mentoring skills

● Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must

● Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) - huge advantage

● Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases – huge

advantage

● Experience in web technologies (e.g. Django, Flask, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful etc.) -

advantage

● Experience developing/maintaining soft real-time multithreaded systems – advantage

● All candidates need to pass a security classification eligibility.
