• Daily monitoring of payments performance metrics (review dashboards, alerts, reports etc)
• Leverage analytics to drill down into payments data to find trends, identify discrepancies, and points for improvement, as well as look for business opportunities
• Reconcile payments and keep the billing system in sync with the processors
• Collaborating closely with vendors to resolve outstanding technical issues related to payments and billing processes
• Work jointly with customer support team to address complaints related to payments
• Produce reports and recommendations for management
• Partner with Data, Product, Dev teams to solve problems at scale
  
  

• Experience in transaction monitoring, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or e-payments industry
• Understanding of payment processing systems
• Excel Intermediate Proficiency- Must
• SQL Beginner to Intermediate Proficiency - Must
• Mixpanel, Fullstory- advantage
• Experience with billing systems such as Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe billing- advantage
