Operation Manager

Spinframe is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for operations.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  
  

• Conduct inventory counting and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate and manage the transportation and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
• Track shipments and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  
  

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
  
  

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  
  

• Proven experience in ERP system (Priority) implementation and operations management.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and shipping processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
