We help our clients establish cutting-edge training programs, offering Academy-as-a-Service and advanced technological integrations. Our dynamic, data-driven, and collaborative work culture thrives on innovation. We are looking for a passionate BDR/SDR to join our fully remote team, working 9-5, to help expand our operations and build strategic partnerships.
Job Overview:
As a BDR/SDR at Xelerate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients and partners. You will work closely with sales, partnerships, and compliance teams to support business operations. You will also manage cold and warm leads, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and identify new opportunities for collaboration. The role requires proficiency in CRM systems, integrations, automation, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize lead generation and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Management:
- Source, qualify, and nurture leads (cold and hot).
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build and execute outreach strategies.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build and maintain partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners.
Compliance and Contracts:
- Ensure all partnerships and sales are compliant with legal and organizational standards.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Research and Market Expansion:
- Conduct research to identify target personas and new market opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.
Account Management:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Tools & Automation:
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Build and implement integrations for improved operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in BDR/SDR roles, with a focus on sales, partnerships, and operations.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, integrations, and automations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Strong research skills for persona building and identifying new market opportunities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
