Electronics Practical Engineer

Responsibility: among other, provide support and assistance for the development engineers, specifically with board design, cable preparation, production preparation, fault investigation, documentation, collaboration with subcontractors.

Main tasks:

1.     Assistance and support to engineers in development tasks. Preparation of drawings, editing, production of boards and test devices, documentation.

2.     Troubleshooting. Performing tests, defects root cause, finding solutions and writing reports.

3.     Integrating and leading system upgrades, devices and accessories

4.     Technical support for electronic board issues in various areas of the company: other development groups, supplier procurement and development, customer service, production, engineering and integration.

5.     Documentation of products and devices, preparation of production files.

Requirements:

•       Practical Engineer - Electronics or other relevant fields

•       3+ years of development experience

•       Familiarity with development software such as ORCAD.

•       Familiarity with electronic components

•       Experience in preparing electrical drawings and accompanying circuit editing - an advantage

•       Familiarity with ERP & PLM software - an advantage

•       Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team

•       Ability to work independently and effective time management

•       Orientation to results, attention to details and accuracy

•       The position requires obtaining a security classification

•       Proficiency in English – written, spoken
