Role Overview: Revenue Operations Specialist

We are looking for a German-speaking Revenue Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and operations, directly impacting our revenue management. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of customer receipts, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison between our sales and finance teams to facilitate seamless operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Allocation and Invoicing: Review, identify, and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts; prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on payments, conduct collection meetings, and perform periodic forecasting to predict future cash flows.
• Sales Commissions: Calculate and ensure timely payout of sales commissions. Communicate sales performance and commission earnings to the sales team.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the connecting link between sales and finance departments. Participate in sales meetings to provide financial insights.
• Support German Subsidiary: Assist with financial aspects related to our German subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficient financial operations.
• Process Improvement and Projects: Enhance and automate financial processes for greater accuracy and efficiency, collaborate with teams for better data integration, and support additional finance projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems. Experience with process automation tools and technologies is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and process improvement.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
• Location: Based in Israel or Germany.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational+Prioritization Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
