We’re embracing a new approach to testing, where quality is a shared responsibility across the entire development team, not just testers. Developers and testers collaborate closely, and QA plays a key role in mentoring and leading teams to improve quality. Our goal is to continually enhance testing practices, expand coverage, and manage risks.

Main Responsibilities

As QA engineer, you should be able to:

• Write tests and execute complex end-to-end tests
• Assist teams to complete features as needed
• Perform UI tests, integration tests, and cross-device/browser testing
• Conduct sensitive business logic tests
• Conduct end-to-end tests
• Create and run automation tests
• Innovate with testing tools, processes, and quality
• Continuously learn and help improve the team and developers

As a Tech Leader, you should be able to:

• Guide software engineers in writing effective test plans
• Ask insightful questions
• Review test plans written by software developers

As an Individual Contributor, you should be able to:

• Monitor the production environment through emails, Datadog, Slack and WhatsApp
• Communicate clearly across all channels, understanding their specific purposes
• Handle Tarzan, from email pickup to execution.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Advantage if in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Management)
• 1 years of experience in a manual QA role
• Experience with automation QA is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of QA practices and processes
• Experience with complex products
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate, and eager to learn
• A team player
• Good level of English

Advantages:

• Experience with one or more of: Node.js, .NET, Python
• Experience with one or more of databases like: MSSQL, Elastic, Cassandra or Mongo
