You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo and know how to authentically and transparently communicate the value prop of working at Cross River. You’re a great storyteller and writer and can create content from blogs to emails to videos, enlisting internal and external content creators.

Your track record includes organizing campaigns and building brand awareness. You have a mindset of community building, and you know and want to be hands-on when it comes to content, events, and interaction with internal and external audiences.

You will:

• Partner with internal teams (HR, TA, Ops, PR etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
• Research, partner with, and initiate various collaborations, events, meetups, and fairs.  
• Develop content in both English and Hebrew for various purposes.

• 2-4 years of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role - Must
• Mother tongue level of both English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must
• Ability to present past work examples with measurable effect
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Pinterest, YouTube, and general social media best practices, with a creative approach
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding innovative solutions
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, go-to, and professional attitude
• Tech savvy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
