Engineering Manager

A startup company specializing in External Attack Surface Management (EASM), offering the only solution that fully identifies an organization's online risk exposure and actively protects against it. The technology analyzes the organization's external online assets, scans vast amounts of data, identifies potential risks, and prioritizes the most critical and urgent ones.

The company has around 70 employees, is based in Tel Aviv, and offers a hybrid work model with fixed remote workdays on Mondays and Wednesdays.

At the beginning of 2024, the company expanded its Round A funding, bringing the total investment to approximately $50 million, led by major international funds.

The company is experiencing significant growth, with a 210% increase in its customer base and a 270% rise in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Among its clients are leading Fortune 500 companies.

The role includes managing the company's Core team of 5-6 developers, with 20%-30% hands-on involvement. Development is done using Python, microservices, Cloud, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Django, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.

Job Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a Development Team Lead.
• Experience in Python development.
• Experience working in high-tech companies.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Mandatory experience in at least one of the following: Microservices, Large Scale Systems, or Distributed Systems.
