Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and an interest in sports and gaming. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed decision-making and improve our sports gaming app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and data analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform data-driven improvements and innovations.
• Assist in the development of data models and algorithms to support predictive analytics.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field/ Previous experience in the Army
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
