Documentation Representative

We are looking for a Documentation representative that will work in the correctors' team and will be responsible for all kind of correcting of the export bills - price and general.

Major areas of responsibility

• Correct price and other data in the export bill
• Correct price in import bills
• Take action to reduce the number of invoices required for correction.
• Control of systems related to the pricing of the bill of lading
  
  

• Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents
• Ongoing correspondence with clients / freight forwarders / internal department in Zim
• Assist to resolve any problem that came from the clients related to invoices / pricing / other data
  
  

• Preparation of documents for the vessel (support the Gss). Daily communication with Gss team.
  
  

• Academic education (B.A).
• Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High proficiency in English.
• Experience in the Customer Service field.
