What Will You Do?

Wenrix is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product visibility and driving informed decision-making processes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way we measure our product's success and make a significant impact on our roadmap.

• Collaborate with the R&D team to build robust tools that enable our business teams to make data-driven decisions and enhance our products.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of product performance to identify insights, uncover bottlenecks, and discover growth opportunities.
• Develop interactive data applications and visualisations using tools like Tableau and Retool, to support sales and customer success efforts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the product and R&D teams, assisting in better decision-making processes regarding features and roadmap development.
• Leverage data insights to contribute to the creation of advanced ML predictive models integrated into our core products.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company with diverse customer segments.
• Proficiency in querying databases using SQL to extract and manipulate data effectively.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Periscope, Sisense, or PowerBI (advantageous).
• Familiarity with data analysis in scripting environments such as Python or R (advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels to determine optimal solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks based on changing priorities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience working with business teams and understanding of post-sales priorities (highly advantageous).
