Engineering Group Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Group Leader to spearhead and expand our Business Solution domain.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple modern development teams, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively shape the domain’s tech stack and work methodologies.

• Establish teams capable of handling multiple Full Stack projects of varying magnitudes simultaneously.

• Collaborate with domain leaders and business colleagues to plan and execute the product roadmap.

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and achieve OKRs.

• Bring ingenuity and sophistication into the SDLC and come up with creative solutions for product-related problems.

• Provide scalable, secured, observable solutions that fit the project requirements.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in building large, scalable systems.

• 5+ years of proven management experience, including managing team leads and above.

• Strong background in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Spring, and Cloud technologies.

• Experience with Azure services is an advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and a “get things done” mindset.

• Extensive experience in building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
