Director of Research Development

We are currently seeking an experienced Director R&D to lead our exceptional R&D teams, contributing significantly to our rapid growth trajectory! Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D teams in developing innovative solutions that drive the growth and success of our platform.
• Define and execute the strategic R&D roadmap in alignment with the company’s goals.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, CEO, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of R&D projects with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that R&D efforts are completed on time and within budget.
• Improving the infrastructure of the existing systems and creating new ones.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience working with Node.js, Typescript, and React.
• Experience with Nest.js.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Proven experience in leading complex analytical system development and improving system architecture.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud management on AWS.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiastic, humble and user centric.
• Great communications skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within a tech-focused company.
• Eager to learn new things.
