A FinTech American company is looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:
- You will coordinate complex schedules for multi-stage interviews while maintaining the highest service level for candidates and our employees
- You will issue salary offers and validate legal compliance
- You will maintain our recruitment infrastructures, such as the onboarding process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of TAC or Administration or Operations experience
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Full-time commitment, sometimes adapted to time zone differences
- Dedication and passion for achieving goals
- Capability and desire for collaborative teamwork
- An academic degree or equivalent work experience
