Data Team Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Lead our data strategy and make sure it aligns with our goals.
• Be hands-on with your team, mentoring and actively working on data projects.
• Manage scalable data architecture and infrastructure.
• Use advanced analytics to drive insights that support business decisions.
• Stay updated on new tools and trends to keep us at the cutting edge.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in data roles, with at least 2 in leadership.
• Strong skills in data architecture, SQL, BigQuery, and visualization tools like Redash or Tableau.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Great problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Passion for data and always looking to improve.

WorkEnvironment:

• Hybrid work setup (1 day from home).
• Office is a 5-minute walk from Savidor Tel-Aviv train station.
