We are seeking an experienced and motivated User Acquisition Team Lead to join our rapidly growing digital bank. You will lead a team focused on acquiring mobile and web users through media channels. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in user acquisition who is ready to drive growth through innovative strategies and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Main and Direct responsibility – the Bank’s KPI of new accounts in the various channels
- Lead and Manage the Team: Oversee a team of highly motivated Mobile User Acquisition Specialists, providing coaching and hands-on support for campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Campaign Management: Ensure all user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms align with our goals. Optimize campaigns to improve traffic and increase ROI.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Identify growth opportunities by testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests. Monitor competitors and trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Creative teams in order to improve CVR. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data, project, and web development to produce high-quality ad creatives and landing pages.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to leadership, continuously refining campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring knowledge-sharing through training and coaching.
- AB Testing & Analysis: Lead A/B tests to improve performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team in User Acquisition, with expertise in PPC campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, Taboola, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads) - Must
- Experience in B2C Digital Acquisition – Must
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, MMPs, Firebase, and Skadnetwork framework.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to details, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
