Persona.ly is a global company that develops machine-learning-based products for performance marketing. It has representations in Europe, Korea, Japan, Singapore, the US, and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.
We are looking for an experienced Product Data Analyst.
You will be part of a profitable global company that works with the most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals. We provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 3 million transactions a second and include more than 60 data points!
As a product analyst, you will:
- Analyze various data sets to detect trends and anomalies guiding product development.
- Conduct deep funnel and feature analysis meant to improve conversion rates and the overall performance of our owned and operated assets.
- Build BI dashboards and internal tools together with R&D to make actionable data accessible across teams.
- Work closely with the company’s R&D team to ensure insights are drawn effectively and implemented correctly in production.
Desired experience and skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a product analyst, working on big-data products
- Experience with both B2B and B2C products- a significant advantage!
- High proficiency in Python and SQL - a must
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile marketing/ gaming- a significant advantage!
- Very high level of proficiency in English for daily communication.
- Start-up state of mind: accountability, hands-on mentality, drive and self-motivation.
