Job Description

As an Customer Relations Representative, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, people-focused, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with existing and potential clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, email and text.
• Educating all ages on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
• Providing exceptional service that retains existing customers and attracts new customers.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Building personal relationships with customers, the community and other insurance professionals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for people and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various programs to find answers, build solutions and manage tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in insurance.
• Familiarity with mutli-channel communication.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
• Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PLUS Evenings & Weekends by Appointment.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1997.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
