Director of HR (Temporary- Replacement for maternity leave)

Zafran is looking for an experienced Director of HR to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. In this critical role, you will oversee all HR functions, manage recruitment efforts, and support overall business operations. What you will do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Coach and provide consultancy to business leaders to further develop their leadership skills and teams.
• Drive HR initiatives that align with business goals and support the company’s growth and culture.
• Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify business needs , design and execute HR solutions.
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, manage onboarding, and support employee retention initiatives.
• Track HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and prepare reports.
  
  

• At least 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple HR functions simultaneously
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, compliance, and best practices
• Proven experience in managing a team of HR professionals, recruiters, and office managers.
• Ability to manage and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a background in managing recruiters and meeting hiring targets
