Role Overview:

As a Success Manager at Magma Devs, you will lead the expansion and success of our Ecosystem Partnerships aka RPC Pools.

With 3 active projects and many more coming soon, we’re looking for someone who can lead customer satisfaction for our rapidly growing community and customer base.

Your role will be pivotal in building relationships with customers and communities, providing support, and gathering feedback that help improve our offering.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing successful Ecosystem partnerships
• Building strong relationships with our partners and their communities
• Regularly sharing updates and insights with our customers and team
• Staying engaged and available to our customers and community
• Gathering feedback and analyzing data, driving improvements internally
• Developing simple and repeatable processes to maximize success for ongoing & future partnerships

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Business Development (BD) and success management in the tech or Web3 field
• Organized and detail-oriented: with experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking numerous projects
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills: comfortable meeting and presenting to partners at both virtual and in-person events
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diving into complex issues and quickly finding solutions
• Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to meet customer requirements
