We are looking for a motivated and technically adept student to join our team as a part-time assistant. The role will involve supporting the Director of Operations in various technical and operational tasks. This includes IT and SaaS system maintenance and assistance in various legal and compliance aspects, focusing on information security and privacy. The ideal candidate will be keenly interested in technology and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer-supplier evaluation questionnaires, ensuring compliance with information security and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT and SaaS systems.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support general operations.
- Law student with a solid technological orientation/ Engineering student with a strong legal orientation.
- Basic understanding of IT and SaaS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
