Job Description: Looking for a Product technical writer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to deeply understand our products and their documentation requirements for customers.
• Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base tool, ensuring premium documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents , mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.
• Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts..
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content.
• Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience working on highly technical products as a Technical Writer or in a similar position.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Native or Native-equivalent English speaker with strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration skills to interact with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, R&D, and third parties.
