Marketing Designer

WeSki is looking for a Marketing Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design skills to join our Growth team. In a group led by KPIs and numbers, your creative vision and innovative design solutions will support us on our missions to maintain our hyper growth, and make the WeSki brand the go to place for everything that is ski. You will work closely with User Acquisition, Comms and Product to create a unified, engaging and impactful visuals to support our aggressive goals

Weski, the world's first self-service platform for booking an entire ski trip in just a couple of clicks, is growing and fast.

We released our product just a bit less than 3 years ago and are already approaching $100M in sales while growing profitably! Doubling our scale YoY as we’ve been doing is definitely nice, but our eyes are on the prize and that prize is to become a $1B company.

As a Marketing Designer at WeSki, you will:

• Create innovative designs for acquisition ads, optimizing visual appeal and effectiveness across various advertising platforms.
• Design compelling newsletters that engage both existing and new customers.
• Plan design concepts in alignment with the content calendar.
• Have full design autonomy from conceptualization to visual execution for various projects.
• Support all creative needs of the projects and content teams.
• Monitor design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep your skills and designs up-to-date.
• Work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills while displaying teamwork.
  
  

Requirements:

Does this sound like you? To apply, you must:

• Have 5-6 years of proven experience in marketing or graphic design.
• Proven experience for working with Growth/User-Acquisition teams, and creating performance driven designs
• Present a strong design portfolio featuring online marketing assets, full campaigns, and solid graphic design principles.
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Have a great understanding of motion design and video editing.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies: Figma and the main Creative Cloud suite apps (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
• Have clear communication skills.
• Have a high level of written and spoken English.
• Maintain a positive attitude and great personality, with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
