We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic individual with a strong drive to contribute to the growth of inabit to lead our sales efforts. Energy levels above 10 out 10, focus of a sniper and calmness of fighter jet pilots. Go getter approach with results oriented planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a strategic sales agenda for acquiring new clients.
- Lead the team of SDR / Sales representatives to achieve and exceed the company's sales goals.
- Develop and cultivate long-term professional relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
- Identify and actively build a long-term sales pipeline, exploring opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle for prospective accounts, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Establish new business relationships with relevant prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales potential.
- Explore and establish new markets for the company's products or services.
- Participate in selecting conferences to exhibit or attend and manage the event's sales activities.
- Oversee the full life cycle of customer engagement, from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing support.
Qualities and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales management role within a global high-tech company - must.
- Experience in sales within a startup environment in a technical B2B product- must.
- Proven track record of success selling a SaaS product- must.
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized technologies - must.
- Experience working with C-level managers in a global company.
- Strong character to push the boundaries in a newly established industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent English speaker at a mother-tongue level.
