About the Position
BIScience is looking for VP Sales to join our fast-growing team.
As VP Sales you will responsible for driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage and scale a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies that align with our company's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns and materials.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and R&D teams to align on customer needs and product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Can adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
