Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the various user acquisition channels and tactics available, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, being organized and having excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage large-scale performance campaigns for global companies on various platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and media consumption habit.
• Handle all aspects of campaign management and marketing strategy implementation.
• Monitor and optimize media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcome.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
• Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure cohesive and compelling ad content.

Requiremens

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
• Experience managing high scale campaigns for global companies.
• In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High level English
• Knowledge of agile development processes
