Social Media Manager (Maternity leave replacement)

The global team of Naot ("Teva Naot") is looking for a Social Media Manager for Global Operations (maternity leave replacement).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Naot's markets.
• Work closely with the markets marketing teams around the world (Israel, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and more).
• Manage all things social media related of the company and be a part of big decisions that shape the brand's visibility on social media.
• Manage, track and analyze social media metric reports of the different markets.
• Approve all the social content that goes on all social media platforms of the company.
• Initiate global social media campaigns.
• Manage social media photoshoots.
• Management of local and global social media providers (social management agencies, content creators, photographers, influencers, and more).

Qualifications

• B.A. in Marketing/Communication
• Min. 2 years in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Fluent English
• Proven ability to create audience-targeted content
• Experience managing budgets/campaigns on META
• Analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured fashion environment
• Fashion/footwear industry experience - an advantage.
