About the Role

We are seeking a temporary HR Specialist to join our team from November 1st, covering maternity leave for a period of 6-8 months. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations while providing both administrative and strategic HR support.

Kee Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving employee concerns in line with company policies.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and informed about company policies and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing the full recruitment cycle - an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
