It is the only vertically integrated platform that provides a unified solution to both above areas, with proprietary software that reduces manual processes and improves efficiencies for underserved commercial real estate investors. Covercy has processed billions of dollars in payments to date and continues to expand offerings to clients in this highly underserved market. Total subscribers on the platform have increased by over 250% since the beginning of 2023.
The position:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing company and take full ownership of the experience and satisfaction of our end investors and the seamless execution of their transactions. As a specialist in our Customer Success team, you will oversee cross-border payments from initial onboarding stage until execution. You will take customers hand by hand through onboarding, review and approve their transactions. As Covercy grows, the Customer Success team will be central in enhancing customer experience and using data & automation to ensure the experience we provide is world-class. Furthermore, this team is at the intersection of Sales, Account Management and Operations. As such, the role requires extreme emotional intelligence and the ability to develop and follow company-wide processes.

Responsibilities :
- Onboard New customers (individual and corporate) and act as their advocate.
- Oversee compliance matters until the point of transaction approval, including a comprehensive review of the customer’s documentation, in coordination with the company’s compliance policy and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for our customers.
- Support customers with different matters and prioritize open issues and tickets.
- Develop and enhance processes and creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, highly motivated
- Proficiency in English for daily communication with international customers
- Ability to work at a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
- Flexibility and adaptivity to changes
- Strong sense of urgency
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with cross-department procedures - an advantage
