• The Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a Project or Delivery Manager within a fast-paced Hi-Tech environment.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and optimizing project budgets.
• System Complexity: A deep understanding of complex software ecosystems and the nuances of high-scale digital products.
• Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
