We're Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the Role: As a BDR at Xplorisk, you will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving early-stage sales conversations that set the foundation for our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential prospects within the Web3 space.
• Reach out to leads through various channels (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to initiate meaningful sales conversations.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Continuously improve outreach processes and lead-generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in the Web3 space.
• Strong ability to identify and connect with potential clients, establishing rapport quickly.
• Passion for Web3 technologies and an understanding of the market landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
