Process Review Analyst

We are looking for a Process Review Analyst to join ELTA's HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing quality audits to evaluate defined processes within the unit (core processes, supporting processes, project management, and engineering processes).
• Supporting external audits from organizations such as the Standards Institute, customers, etc.
• Writing and distributing audit reports and verifying the implementation of corrective actions.
• Generating follow-up reports and audit status updates for unit management.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in engineering – mandatory.
• Hand-on experience as an engineer in an R&D team – an advantage.
• CQE/CRE Quality Engineering certification – an advantage.
