About the role:

• Owning customer and partner relationships as the main point of contact in the company, providing expert guidance and support to maximize their success and achieve their business objectives

• Analyze requests and inquiries from partners and clients, identifying opportunities for expanding client relationships and increasing revenue

• Train and support clients to use our product effectively and highlight its value

• Learn and work with new technological systems to enhance service delivery

• Employment via Visa

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success roles

• Previous experience in technology or SaaS companies

• High proficiency in English

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proactiveness

• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously

• Strong presentation skills
