About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our global sales initiatives. You will be at the forefront of defining and executing our business development strategies, making pivotal decisions that shape our future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to drive significant revenue growth.
• Lead efforts in expanding into new market territories and segments, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Analyze market data and sales performance to drive continuous improvement and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple layers of employees and sales managers, ensuring their activities are aligned with strategic plans and goals.
• Act as a key leader in shaping the division’s growth trajectory and market positioning.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in global sales management; experience in technical engineering-based sales is advantageous.
• Degree in a relevant field; technical and engineering qualifications are preferred.
• Proven track record in entering new markets and managing a large, global sales team.
• Strong familiarity with American and Asian markets.
• Fluent in English.
