QA Automation Lead

We're looking for a passionate hands-on (about 50%) QA Automation Lead to join our growing team and champion our automation efforts

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with our software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test code, ensuring they achieve maximum test coverage and efficiency for our ever-evolving products.
• Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation and prioritize test cases, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with broader project objectives
• Develop, maintain, execute, and manage automation tests
• Track the progress of test automation development, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to meet sprint
• Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve them effectively, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution within sprint constraints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies

Requirements:

• Vast experience in planning and driving automation work within R&D sprint
• Minimum 3+ years of QA automation, with a solid understanding of QA automation principles and practices
• Know how to drive people accurately to get things done
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Expertise in designing and developing automated tests using industry-standard frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.)
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in building and maintaining a robust test automation infrastructure.
